melostudio.dk tells you about Melo Studio and our conversion rate optimization (CRO) services, and lets you contact us, book a call and sign up for our newsletter. Everything on the site is general information. It is not advice for your specific business.
Who can order
The site is not an offer that binds us. We only do paid work after both sides have accepted a written proposal or agreement, and the terms in that document apply to the work, not these terms.
Prices are shown in DKK or USD, as stated in your proposal or on the site, and are excluded from VAT unless we say otherwise.
Prices are either displayed as a one time payment, monthly payments(subscription model) or a "from"(price starts from x value) price
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
copy, scrape or resell our content without permission
try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems
send spam, malware or anything harmful or misleading through our forms
pretend to be someone else or give false details
Our content
The text, design, images, code, logo and brand on melostudio.dk belong to Lund & Luckmann Group ApS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site, share links to it, and keep or print pages for your own non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.
What you send us
When you contact us or fill in a form, please give correct information and do not send confidential or sensitive data, because forms are not the place for it. We try to keep the site correct, up to date and running, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove content or parts of the site at any time.
Liability
As far as Danish law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its content, including indirect losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.
